Pre-Installation Verification

Verify insert part number matches vehicle TM specification

Inspect insert for cracks, tears, or deformation

Check insert dimensions against rim seating specifications

Verify insert weight is within tolerance (no excessive wear)

Inspect rubber compound for dry rot or deterioration

Confirm insert is correct type for vehicle platform

Verify storage conditions have not degraded insert material

Insert fully seated in rim — no gaps or misalignment

Tire properly mounted and bead seated on both sides

Service record updated with insert P/N and date

Final quality check signed off by authorized inspector
